She has been involved in the retail end of the jewelry market for the past 15 years but always wanted to learn the techniques of bench jewelry. This recently acquired knowledge has opened up a whole new world of creativity. It is an ongoing learning process, one she finds very exciting – to take a piece of metal and some beautiful colored stones and turn them into wearable art. She hopes other people find her pieces as fun and interesting to look at and wear as she has in making them. Marilyn lives in Loveland, CO and markets her line under Jewel Lyn Designs.
